Large Item/Bulk Trash Pickup 2026

2026 Large Item/Bulk Pickup Dates:

On the residents’ regularly scheduled collection day.

• Week of January 5-9
• Week of May 4-8
• Week of July 6-10
• Week of October 5-9

Bulk Trash Collection Guidelines:

Items not properly bundled or wrapped will not be picked up.

1. Glass items: Must be taped and securely wrapped.
2. Fabric items (mattresses, box springs, couches, chairs): Must be fully wrapped in plastic.
3. Brush & carpet: Carpet must be rolled and securely bundled using rope, string, or duct tape. Brush must be tied into small bundles. Bundles may not exceed 3 feet in length, 18 inches in diameter, or 50 pounds.
4. Old appliances: Accepted for collection.
5. Paint: Accepted for collection if properly sealed.
6. Other bulk household items: Accepted for collection.
7. Boards and carpet: Nails must be removed.

Items NOT collected by the City:

• Concrete
• Rock
• Dirt
• Loose brush
• Firewood
• Tree stumps
• Root balls
• Contractor-generated building materials (e.g., construction debris).
