Creating Places to Play, Gather, and Connect

The Parks & Recreation Department enhances the quality of life in West Carrollton by providing parks, recreational opportunities, community events, and programs for residents of all ages. From youth activities and sports leagues to community events, educational programs, and cultural experiences, the department works year-round to create opportunities for residents to connect, stay active, and enjoy their community.

The department maintains more than 100 acres of parkland, including ten neighborhood and community parks, the Soccer Complex, and Wilson Park Pool. Additional responsibilities include the City’s urban forestry program, streetscape design and maintenance, and the upkeep of City-owned buildings and grounds.
