Reservations for the shelters and pavilions at all city parks begin on the first weekday in March for residents (residents are those who live within the city limits of West Carrollton) and the first weekday in April for non-residents (residents who do not live within the city limits). Reservations, which are free to residents and $50 for non-residents, can be made online here, by emailing [email protected], in-person at the Civic Center, 300 E. Central Ave., between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or by calling (937) 859-5182.

The Senior Center, located at 10 E. Central Ave., can be rented out for Friday evenings or Sunday afternoons starting on the first weekday of the New Year. Reservations can be made here or in person at the Civic Center, 300 E. Central Ave., between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The fee is $100 for residents and $150 for non-residents. This fee includes a $50 refundable deposit.
