July 12th – Hot Air Balloon Glow presented by Askren Air Balloon Team and music from The Fries Band

Event Time: 6-9:30 pm

Location: 1 S. Elm St.
Extra Fun:  Hot Air Balloon Glow! Balloons begin inflation around 8-9 pm and start glowing 9-9:30 pm.

*No coolers allowed within the event area.

Significant traffic and parking information
-5 pm S. Elm St. will be closed for the event
-Neighborhood parking will be restricted to one side of the street; signs will be posted.
-Traffic on Locust at the intersection of Central will be right turn only.
– Handicap parking will be available close to the event space on Slonaker Dr.

– Civic Center, 300 E. Central Ave.
-Senior Center, 10 E. Central Ave.
-Nazarene Church, 550 S. Elm St.
-Harry Russell Elementary, 123 Elementary Dr.
-ECC + Middle School, 510 E. Pease Ave. (use entrance off of Pease Ave. as there is construction on Main St. in front of the Middle School)
-Carrollton Centre Public Parking Lots, 49 N. Locust & 17 E. Central Ave.
