
In the spring of 2023, the city entered into a loan agreement with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA) and the Ohio Water Development Authority (OWDA) to pursue the design of the Water Treatment Plant Upgrades.
Based on the design process, the city is applying for a Water Supply Revolving Loan to conduct the necessary upgrades. The upgrades to the Water Treatment Plant are expected to cost up to $8,857,977. We anticipate we will open this project for bids in early 2025.
