West Carrollton welcomed Jersey Mike’s Subs on Wednesday, August 12th and celebrated the grand opening of its new location at 654 E. Dixie Drive. Mayor Rick Barnhart, members of City Council, and City staff joined franchise owner Ted Tolliver and the Jersey Mike’s team for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially welcome the restaurant to the community.
The West Carrollton restaurant is the latest Dayton-area location for Tolliver, a longtime Jersey Mike’s franchisee who operates multiple restaurants throughout the Dayton and Cincinnati markets. Tolliver opened his first Jersey Mike’s location in the region in 2009 and has continued expanding the franchise’s presence throughout the Miami Valley.
Following Wednesday morning’s ribbon-cutting, the West Carrollton restaurant officially opened to the public at 10 a.m. The new location adds another dining option along Dixie Drive and represents continued private investment in the area.
