Application Fees

Payment is due at the time of application.  An application will not be considered complete until the application fee is received.  Application fees may be paid as follows:

Pay your application fee online here

• Pay your application fees in person at the Planning and Community Development Department in the Civic Center at 300 E. Central Ave.
• Drop your application fee payment into the drop box at the Civic Center, 300 E. Central Ave.  (Payments must be in an envelope and include your name, phone number, and application reference.)
• Mail your payment to City of West Carrollton, Planning & Community Development Department, 300 E. Central Ave., West Carrollton, Ohio 45449.
