The Plaza of Fame is a public recognition given by the West Carrollton City Council recognizing current and former citizens of West Carrollton who made a unique or special contribution to making the city a better place to live. The name of the person(s) selected for this honor will be engraved into a paver block in the designated Plaza of Fame area at the West Carrollton Civic Center.
We are now accepting nominations for the 2024 Plaza of Fame! To nominate someone, please download and complete the application form below. You can email the completed form to [email protected] or submit it in person to Yvonne Concepcion, Communications Manager, at the Civic Center. Applications are accepted Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The final deadline for nominations is December 16th.
