Residential Rental Registration Program

A program intended to improve the condition of residential rental properties in the city was updated and approved through  Ordinance 3673 by the West Carrollton City Council and went into effect on September 11, 2020.

The following Rental Inspection Guide outlines the codes which will be referenced during the exterior inspection of residential rental units.

The following Consent to Inspect form must be completed and provided to the city in order to permit the inspector access to all sides of the exterior of the residential rental unit.

Please use the link below  to register your residential rental property with the Montgomery County Auditor’s Office.  To register you will need  the property’s parcel ID number, which can be found at www.mcrealestate.org under the Property Search Tab.
