Mayor’s Court

The purpose of the West Carrollton Mayor’s Court is to provide the community with a local judicial forum to rule on misdemeanor traffic and criminal cases that are alleged to be in violation of the City of West Carrollton Codified Ordinances.

West Carrollton Mayor’s Court is conducted twice a month at 4:30 p.m. at the:

West Carrollton Civic Center
300 East Central Avenue
West Carrollton, Ohio  45449

*Please note, although the offices close at 4:30pm, court still begins at 4:30pm.

*Please check your citation for the court in which you are scheduled to appear. Even though you may have been cited in West Carrollton, you case may be scheduled to be heard in Miamisburg Municipal Court. Citations for Miamisburg Municipal Court can NOT be paid on this website, or at the City of West Carrollton.
