Sign the waiver on the back of the citation and mail it with a check/money order to the West Carrollton Mayor’s Court at 300 E Central Ave, West Carrollton, OH 45449.

In person with cash, check, money order, Visa or Mastercard at the West Carrollton Mayor’s Court 8:00-4:30 Monday-Friday, or with check or money order in our night drop 24 hrs/7 days a week.
Make checks/money orders payable to West Carrollton Mayor’s Court.
Your payment is due by 4:30 PM on your court date or else you must appear in court at 4:30 PM.
Your payout amount may be found online or by calling (937) 859-8289. If you cannot pay the full amount, you should appear in court on your assigned court date. Payment plans can only be set up once you have appeared in court.
*Please check your citation for the court in which you are scheduled to appear. Even though you may have been cited in West Carrollton, your case may be scheduled to be heard in Miamisburg Municipal Court. Citations for Miamisburg Municipal Court can NOT be paid on this website, or at the City of West Carrollton.
COURT DATE
If you fail to pay out the ticket by your court date or appear in Court, the Court will issue a warrant for your arrest and a driver’s license forfeiture (regardless of the state of issue).
PROOF OF INSURANCE
If you did not present proof of insurance or other financial responsibility at the time of violation, then you must do so when paying out or appearing in court. This proof must cover the date of the violation.
