I have read and agree to the following
Under ORC 2945.71 : A. A person against whom a charge of minor misdemeanor is pending in a court not of record or a court of record shall be brought to trial within 30 days after his arrest or the service of summons. B. A person against whom a charge of misdemeanor, other than a minor misdemeanor, is pending in a court of record shall be brought to trial: I . Within forty-five days after his arrest or the service of summons, if the offense charged is a misdemeanor of the 3rd or 4th degree, or other misdemeanor for which the maximum penalty is imprisonment for not more than sixty days. 2. Within ninety days after his arrest or the service of summons, if the offense charged is a misdemeanor of the 1st or 2nd degree, or other misdemeanor for which the maximum penalty is imprisonment for more than sixty days. With full knowledge of the time requirements set forth above, and knowing that I have the right to have my case set for trial within the time specified in the statute, I hereby expressly waive such right to trial within the time specified in Section 2945.71 ORC. I consent to having my case set for trial at the convenience of the Court indicated below.
