Building and Zoning Permits
Permit applications can be submitted via email or online entry through the Portal. Permits submitted online may require an attachment be uploaded with the permit application. For those permits not on our Portal, they may be downloaded and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Payment is due after the permit is approved and may be paid as follows:
- Pay your permit fees in person at the Planning and Community Development Department.
- Pay your permit fee online here.
- Drop payment into the drop box at the Civic Center, 300 E. Central Ave. (Payments must be in an envelope and include your name, phone number and permit number.)
- Mail your payment to City of West Carrollton, 300 E. Central Ave., West Carrollton, Ohio 45449.

The city does not require a permit for garage sales; however, we do ask that you register your sale with the Planning and Community Development Department. Please see our Garage Sales Brochure for more information and guidelines. To register, please call (937) 859-5783.
