West Carrollton Residents – Halloween Home Decorating Contest

Residents can register their decorated homes from October 1–15. The City’s Beautiful Commission will judge entries on October 19 and 20 from 7–9 p.m. Winners will be notified the week of October 26th.

Awards will be presented in three categories:

• Most Spook-tacular – Spookiest display
• Best Special Effects – Creative use of technology, lighting, animation, or special effects
• Most BOO-tiful – Festive fall décor with charming autumn appeal

Winners of the contest will receive a commemorative yard sign recognizing their achievement. Following the contest, the City will publish a map featuring participating homes, giving residents an opportunity to enjoy a self-guided tour of West Carrollton’s Halloween displays.
