For the Birds 2027

Free Event | All Ages Welcome | Registration Required by February 24

Celebrate National Bird Feeding Month with a fun, family-friendly event dedicated to our feathered friends! Participants will enjoy a hands-on craft activity creating unique bird feeders to take home and discover simple ways to attract and care for backyard birds.

The Dayton Metro Library – West Carrollton Branch will also join the fun with a bird-themed story and information about its birdwatching kits available to borrow with a library card. These kits include binoculars, bird identification books, birding challenges, and helpful tools for exploring the world of birds. Take-and-read books will also be available.

Important: The bird feeder craft involves peanut butter. Families with peanut allergies are encouraged to use caution when participating.
