Finance


The Finance Department is responsible for managing the City’s financial operations and ensuring public funds are used responsibly, transparently, and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The department oversees budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, payroll, utility billing, investments, purchasing, and other financial services that support City operations and the delivery of services to residents and businesses throughout West Carrollton.
