The City of West Carrollton’s 2026 Paving Program began Wednesday, August 26th, with Barrett Paving starting work in the plat near Applehill Drive. Crews will complete the project in phases, beginning with asphalt milling, followed by chip sealing and then paving. No Parking Notices No Parking signs for the initial milling work were placed in the area over the weekend.
