Unfortunately, addresses in Miami Township, Moraine, or other surrounding areas are not eligible for inclusion.
Residents can register their decorated homes from October 1–15th. The City Beautiful Commission will judge entries on October 19 and 20 from 7–9 p.m. Winners will be notified the week of October 26th.

The City of West Carrollton’s 2026 Paving Program began Wednesday, August 26th, with Barrett Paving starting work in the plat near Applehill Drive. Crews will complete the project in phases, beginning with asphalt milling, followed by chip sealing and then paving.
