The City of West Carrollton, OH (pop. 13,143) is accepting applications for a Refuse Worker Laborer (RWL) position within the Service Department. The RWL is responsible for daily refuse collection, various physical tasks, and general operational and maintenance activities associated with the refuse department. The RWL may be assigned tasks within the street department and may operate a one-man refuse truck, two-man refuse truck, pick-up truck, dump truck, or other vehicles in the performance of duties.

Pay range is $19.74 – $27.78 per hour DOQ. Excellent benefits.
Required Qualifications at the Time of Application: Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license at the time of application.
Obtained Qualifications: Applicants must have the ability to obtain a State of Ohio Class B Commercial Driver’s License with Air Brake and Tanker endorsement.
The successful candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
