Ring in the New Year at Noon! Join us for a fun Noon Year’s Eve celebration with a balloon drop at noon! Kids can make their own poppers, decorate hats, and enjoy kid-friendly bubbly beverages and snacks. Only 30 spots are available for ages 5-12. During the balloon popping in the lobby, a "Quiet Room" will be available. Date/Time: Tuesday, Dec 31st, 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Location: Civic Center Lobby, 300 E. Central Ave. Cost: $5 per child (Registration required by Dec. 23rd)
