Event Series Personal Self Defense – Not a Victim

Personal Self Defense – Not a Victim

  On Wednesday evenings, July 17 and 24, we will provide you with practical knowledge and skills to enhance your security. We will cover topics like safety while traveling, protecting yourself from identity theft, and basic hand-to-hand defense, including basic cane techniques. This class will be presented by instructors from Valor Martial Arts. Refreshments will be provided.   Date: Wednesday, July 17 and 24 Time: 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm Location: Civic Center Community Room Cost: $20 per person for both classes (registration required)
