JFS On the Move (OTM) is Montgomery County Job and Family Services’ mobile outreach unit. This multi-disciplinary team can quickly provide offsite services, including full case management for most benefits for Montgomery County residents. We aim to remove barriers to access. If you are a Montgomery County resident and need JFS’ help, you don’t need to come to us. Let us come to you!

Get a Behind-the-Scenes look at the New OTM Mobile Unit 

Montgomery County unveiled its specialty vehicle for JFS OTM in May. The 38-foot vehicle features eight mobile workstations, a conference room, Wi-Fi, and printing services. It is fully accessible with an accessible workstation and a power lift for wheelchair users as well as additional supports in the on-board restroom. The mobile unit also features a retractable awning and a 40-inch exterior monitor for multimedia messaging.
