The City of West Carrollton will be hosting its last Neighborhood Block Party of the summer Saturday, August 10, from 12-2 p.m. at Lake Forest Park, 131 Lake Forest Dr.
Anyone from the community is invited to attend the event which will feature free hot dogs, snacks, drinks, ice cream, and information about various city services and events.
This is the city’s fourth year hosting the block parties which were created to encourage neighborhood interaction and to foster conversation between elected officials, community leaders and residents. The city held two well attended block parties earlier this summer at Indian Lookout Apartments and behind Harry Russell Elementary.
