Jobs Fair Set for July 22 at YMCA

The city will host the West Carrollton Works Jobs Fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 22, at the West Carrollton YMCA gymnasium located at 900 S. Alex Road.

This is the third year for the event that will feature eleven West Carrollton-based employers, which are currently hiring in a variety of fields.

The event is free and open to the public. Interested applicants are encouraged to bring resumes or other materials to fill out job applications.

The participating companies include: American Cutting Edge, City of West Carrollton, Dayton Progress, Farmers & Merchants Bank, Ginko Systems, Insignia Display Graphics, Needmore Vending, NuVasive, UPS, West Carrollton School District and Youthland Academy.

The types of available positions range from clerical, call center and sales representatives, machinists and CNC programmers, quality and manufacturing engineers, IT technicians, human resources, child care, food service and several more.

Representatives from the Montgomery County Development Services and West Carrollton Merchants Association will also be on hand.
