To schedule a pickup or for any questions\, please contact us at (937) 859-8280 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.\, Monday through Friday\, or email us at waterclerk@westcarrollton.org.\n\n2025 Large Item/Bulk Pickup Dates: \nOn residents’ regularly scheduled collection day. \n\nWeek of January 6-10\nWeek of May 5-9\nWeek of July 7-11\nWeek of October 6-10\n\n\nBulk Trash Collection Guidelines: \nItems not properly bundled or wrapped will not be picked up. \n\nGlass items:\n\nMust be taped and wrapped.\n\n\nFabric items: (mattresses\, box springs\, couches\, chairs)\n\nMUST BE WRAPPED IN PLASTIC.\n\n\nBrush & carpet:\n\nMust be bundled.\n\n\nOld appliances:\n\nAccepted for collection.\n\n\nPaint:\n\nAccepted for collection.\n\n\nOther bulk trash items:\n\nAccepted for collection.\n\n\nBoards and carpets:\n\nNails must be removed.\n\n\n\n\nItems NOT collected by the City:\n\nConcrete\nRock\nDirt\nLoose brush\nFirewood\nTree stumps\nRoot balls\nContractor-generated building materials (e.g.\, construction debris).

DESCRIPTION:The annual curbside fall leaf collection program begins Monday\, Oct. 13th\, and continues through Dec. 5th. No need to call the city if you didn’t get your leaves out in time\, or if a vehicle was in the way\, because crews make continuous loops throughout the city each week. \nBefore you grab your rake and begin building the world’s tallest leaf pile\, here’s what you need to know:\n\nRight-of-way only: Place your leaves on the right-of-way (grass area between the curb and sidewalk) for pickup\, not in the street or blocking drains.\nNo branches: Leaves ONLY – no sticks\, branches\, or other debris.\nClear clogged drains: Help prevent flooding by clearing leaf-covered storm drains or report them to the City at (937) 859-8280.
