DESCRIPTION:*Large item or bulk trash collection outside of the complimentary pickup dates (listed below) is available for a fee of $25. To schedule a pickup or for any questions\, please contact us at (937) 859-8280 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.\, Monday through Friday\, or email us at waterclerk@westcarrollton.org.\n\n2025 Large Item/Bulk Pickup Dates: \nOn residents’ regularly scheduled collection day. \n\nWeek of January 6-10\nWeek of May 5-9\nWeek of July 7-11\nWeek of October 6-10\n\n\nBulk Trash Collection Guidelines: \nItems not properly bundled or wrapped will not be picked up. \n\nGlass items: Must be taped and wrapped.\nFabric items: (mattresses\, box springs\, couches\, chairs) MUST BE WRAPPED IN PLASTIC.\nBrush & carpet: Carpet must be rolled and securely bundled using rope\, string\, or duct tape. Brushes should be tied into small bundles. Each bundle must not exceed 4 feet in length or 50 pounds in weight.\nOld appliances: Accepted for collection.\nPaint: Accepted for collection.\nOther bulk trash items: Accepted for collection.\nBoards and carpets: Nails must be removed.\n\n\nItems NOT collected by the City:\n\nConcrete\nRock\nDirt\nLoose brush\nFirewood\nTree stumps\nRoot balls\nContractor-generated building materials (e.g.\, construction debris).
