The West Carrollton Civic Center offices at 300 E. Central Ave. will be closed Thursday and Friday, November 25-26.
Trash and recycling collection for West Carrollton residents will be delayed one day on pickups regularly scheduled for Thursday, November 25 and Friday, November 26. Thursday pickups will be Friday and Friday pickups will be Saturday.
