Alex Rd. – a .35-acre vacant residential lot, zoned R-2 Single-Family Residential District.  Construction of a single-family owner-occupied residence with a garage and which is compatible with the neighborhood is required on this property.  The land is valued at $15,000 through the Montgomery County Auditor’s Office; the City would need to obtain a current Opinion of Value from a certified appraiser prior to sale.

127 Allen Pl. – a vacant residential lot (acreage undetermined), zoned R-2 Single-Family Residential District.  (Note:  final title to land still pending from Montgomery County.)  Construction of a single-family owner-occupied residence with a garage and which is compatible with the neighborhood is required on this property.  The land is valued at $12,800 through the Montgomery County Auditor’s Office; the City would need to obtain a current Opinion of Value from a certified appraiser prior to sale.

 

505 Burns Ave. – a .2732-acre residential property comprised of three parcels, zoned R-2 Single-Family Residential District.  Construction of a single-family owner-occupied residence with a garage and which is compatible with the neighborhood is required on this property.  An Opinion of Value rendered on May 19, 2017 estimates the value of this property between $19,600 and $23,800.

 

51 S. Elm St. (formerly Fraser Paper) – a 42-acre wooded hillside property, zoned R-1 Single-Family Residential District.  A level area at the base of the hill could be developed as a continuation of the new houses recently built on S. Smith Street.
