Monster Mash
The City of West Carrollton and the Lions Club will be co-hosting the annual monster mash.  This event will start with the costume parade at 6:00 p.m. from the Middle School to the Civic Center.  Costumes will be judged at the Civic Center, and prizes will be awarded, courtesy of the Lions Club.  Immediately following the costume judging, the monster mash will begin at the West Carrollton Civic Center.  Take hay rides to the Pumpkin Patch to pick out your own mini pumpkin, play fun carnival type games, play on the bouncy, recieve a goody bag and much more. 

Bring in three canned goods for the food drive and receive 5 playing tickets for free.  Unlimited play bracelets will be available at the Civic Center beginning October 13 for $3.  Unlimited playing bracelets will also be sold at the door.  All children will receive a goody bag and a raffle ticket.  Raffle drawings will be held after the event and all winners will be notified of their winnings.

All food items will be donated to the food pantry.  Please donate non perishable items that have not expired yet.

FATHER/DAUGHER DANCE
The annual Father/Daughter Dance will be held Friday, November 14 from 7 -9 p.m. Photos will be taken from 6:30-7:30 p.m.  The dance will be held in the cafeteria at Harry Russell Elementary.  Don't miss this fun event!! This popular event was postponed from the Spring, so don't forget to mark your calendars for your special night out.  Come spend the evening with your favorite girl(s).  Mothers, we are looking for some volunteers to help with refreshments during the dance.

HOLIDAY FESTIVAL
The annual Holiday Festival, sponsored by the West Carrollton City Beautiful Comission is scheduled for Saturday, December 6, between 2 & 5:30 p.m.  Activities will include Santa, horse drawn carriage rides, a petting zoo, a magic show, choirs, holiday food, crafts and more. 

Vendors interested in renting booth space should contact Alicia in the Parks Department.  Booth space will be free to non profit organizations.  This year booths will be set up outside with for profit vendors, and non profit vendors will be set up inside the Commission Meeting Room. 

Anyone interested in purchasing a sponsorship should contact Alicia.  Sponsorship is available at various levels.  All sponsors will be listed in any advertising and on the website.  Sponsors will also have banners with sponsor logos at the area of their sponsorship.
