Registration Information

Full payment of class fees must be made at the time of registration. When a materials fee is listed for a program, that fee is paid directly to the instructor on the first day of class. Programs are subject to change in location, date, time, and/or personnel. All use of school facilities are subject to the approval and control of the West Carrollton Board of Education. Every effort will be made to make up canceled program dates. All participants in the West Carrollton Parks & Recreation programs must sign a liability release for all programs.

Refund Policy: Full refunds will be issued if a program is canceled by the Parks & Recreation Department. Consideration for other refund requests will be given upon permission of the program instructor, and refunds may be pro-rated.

Advanced Registration is Necessary: Because at some point we must decide to cancel a program due to lack of participants. Registering at the last minute may mean that a program has already been canceled. Please be sure to enroll early so that you can enjoy our great programs!

Class Instructors & Ideas Wanted
The Parks & Recreation department is looking for YOUR help! If you would like to teach a class or be involved in a particular class, please contact us. The possibilities are endless. Think about it. Art classes, photography, quilting, woodcarving, making flies for fly fishing, or ducks for decoys. Even the sky is not the limit ~ how about kite making, or watching the stars? The classes could be a one-day seminar or a class that would meet for an hour or two for a few weeks. We are looking for instructors as well as those who want to be instructed.
