Career Development

The West Carrollton Fire Department is a combination department with approximately 54 personnel. There are 8 career positions which include the Chief, EMS Coordinator, 3 Captains and 3 Career Firefighter/Paramedics. The rest of our staff is comprised of members who are paid on call and part-time.
