HOMELAND K-9 DOG TRAINING, Taught by Mike Loesch
Learn the basics of obedience training with simple commands. You will also work on resolving problem behavior like jumping, biting, house soiling etc. Dogs should be at least 6 months old. Please bring an updated shot record, a 6 foot leash (non chain, and non retractable), a training collar or gentle leader. Class will be taught by Mike Loesch of Homeland K-9 Dog Training. RIDING LESSONS, by Elliott Stables
Basic hunt seat riding lesson. Program open to ages 9 and older. Riders should be 150 lbs. or less. Program teaches basic handling, grooming, and riding in a fun and safe atmosphere. All instruction is offered in an indoor setting. Choose the lesson time that best fits into your schedule. Classes are offered Monday - Thursday at 5:00 or 6:00 p.m. You choose the night and time that best suits you. Availibility of class time is based on availibility of horses, so you should choose 3 times in order of preference.

Doggie Dive Splash Festival

Saturday, September 6, 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at Wilson Park Pool.
There will be pet related exhibitors, land and water games, dog product samples, concessions for humans and canines, canine demonstrations, a pet psychic, lots of fun and prizes. Join us for this first annual event!! Admission will be $5 per family, and a portion of the proceeds will go to local dog rescue organizations.
