    Citizens can now use a City income tax calculator to prepare their returns and access credit and estimated tax information.  Simply click on the link and follow the instructions.  You will need your account number.  Your account number is the eight-digit number directly above your name on your preprinted return.  Please note that your return is not filed by using this tool.  You will still need to print and file the return with the Income Tax Department.
