sPRING/SUMMER PROGRAMS
Registration deadlines are published with every program offered by the Parks & Recreation Department. It is vital to register by the deadline date for programs, because at some point a decision must be made on whether to cancel the program due to lack of enrollement. Instructors can only teach classes if a minimum number of participants are registered. If you try to register after the registration deadline has passed, the program may already be cancelled. Please register by the registration deadline to prevent cancellation, so everyone can benefit.
Full refunds will be issued if a program is cancelled by the Parks & Recreation Department. Refunds will only be issued to the person who paid the fee. Refunds will not be issued for programs costing $5.00 or less (unless cancelled by the Parks Department). Special events are not covered under this policy. (No refunds or credits available)
