| The West Carrollton Senior Citizens' Center is located at the southeast corner of Central Avenue and Elm Street. A variety of activities take place at the Center, including the Parks & Recreation Department Preschool, classes and special programs, the events of the West Carrollton Senior Citizens' Club, and private parties and rentals.
Individuals, families, and groups have the opportunity to reserve the Senior Citizens' Center for private parties and get-togethers, such as bridal or baby showers, graduation parties, and family reunions. It boasts a full kitchen with serving area, and seats 60-75 people comfortably.
The Center is available for rent on Friday evenings from 4:00-10:00 p.m., and on Sundays from 12:00 noon-10:00 p.m. There is a $50 refundable deposit, and the fee is $50 for residents/$100 for non-residents. Reservations must be made in person at the Civic Center, and can only be made for the current calendar year.
