The Mayor and the West Carrollton City Council wish to recognize any West Carrollton resident who is currently in active military service, or who has served in or supported Operation Enduring Freedom or Operation Iraqi Freedom. A Resolution of Appreciation for the "Home Town Hero" will be presented to the resident and/or his or her family at a West Carrollton City Council meeting as well as their names being featured on the existing "Home Town Heroes" display board in the lobby of the West Carrollton Civic Center.

If you are a "Home Town Hero" or have a "Home Town Hero" in your family, you can download the "Home Town Hero" nomination form and return to the West Carrollton City Manager, 300 E. Central Ave., West Carrollton, OH 45449, or you may stop by the city offices and pick up the nomination form.
