RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL BUILDING APPEALS

Decisions of the Chief Building Official, Building & Zoning Inspector, Plans Examiner, as well as orders from the Fire Prevention Bureau may be appealed to the Board of Building Appeals. This process begins with an adjudication order being issued by the Chief Building Official.
